WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?

There are five main groups of cookies:

  • _gat_gtag_UA_32480131_2: This is a pattern-based cookie set by Google Analytics, where the pattern element in the name contains a unique identification number for the account or website it is associated with (Internet in this case). It appears to be a variant of the _gat cookie used to limit the amount of data Google collects on high-traffic websites. The primary purpose of this cookie is: Performance. It expires 1 day after the last update.
  • _ga: A cookie set by Google Analytics, used to distinguish users. It uses the _gat[UID] cookie to limit the request rate. It expires 2 years after the last update.

WITHDRAWING CONSENT TO INSTALL COOKIES AND DELETING COOKIES FROM YOUR BROWSER

Chrome

  1. 1. Select the Tools icon
  2. 2. Click Settings.
  3. 3. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  4. 4. In the “Privacy” section, click Content Settings.
    • • Delete cookies: Click “All cookies and site data…”
    • • Do not allow cookies to be stored.
  5. 5. Click “Clear browsing data” (clear the cache).
  6. 6. Close and restart the browser.

Internet Explorer. Version 11

  1. 1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
  2. 2. Click the General tab.
  3. 3. In the “Browsing History” section, click Delete browsing history when you close the browser.
