3. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The processing operations planned are:
Based on the Data Controller’s legitimate interest:
- Financial and accounting management, tax management, administrative management, billing management, customer and supplier management, management of collections, payments, and related services, and history of business relationships.
Based on the data subject’s express, unambiguous, and informed consent:
- Selection of candidates for employees and collaborators.
- Sending commercial and advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Receipt via the website and subsequent processing of resumes from individuals interested in joining the DATA CONTROLLER’s workforce.
- Conducting statistical studies.
- Processing orders, requests, or any other type of inquiry submitted by the user through any of the contact methods made available to them.
- Sending the website’s newsletter.
Data retention criteria: The data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship between the parties. Once this business relationship has ended, the data will be blocked to prevent access, and will be unblocked only if such data is requested from the Data Controller by a legal authority (tax, commercial, labor, or judicial), and only until the date of legal expiration or statute of limitations. The data will subsequently be destroyed in an appropriate manner with adequate safeguards to prevent its recovery.
4. INFORMATION REGARDING THE TRANSFER OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data may be transferred for the purpose of maintaining the business relationship and/or carrying out transactions to tax, accounting, and commercial advisory firms; banks, savings banks, and financial institutions; tax agencies; and other competent public bodies. The data subject has the right to: access their data, have their data rectified, have their data erased, data portability, restriction of processing, object to the processing of their data, withdraw their consent, file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, and seek judicial remedy.
You may exercise these rights by submitting a written request, addressed to the Data Controller or its representative, specifying the right you wish to exercise, accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document. You may also request in advance that the Data Controller provide you with a standard form for the right you wish to exercise.
Exercising these rights will not incur any administrative costs for the data subject, except for postage costs if you choose to send your request by mail.

- Via email sent to the address listed in the “Identification of the Data Controller” section, accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document.
- By regular mail (preferably certified) addressed to the address listed in the “Identification of the Data Controller” section, accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document.

6. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request; the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees to users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any transfer of personal data is to be made, the Users’ prior express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the User. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
7. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby such data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with the necessary information so that they may exercise those rights.
